It’s official…….Baby Graham is HOME!!! Can you believe it??? It’s amazing to me….2.5 weeks ago he was born, has had open heart surgery, his chest cracked open for like a week, recently a blood clot in his lung (it’s gone now) and now he’s HOME!!!! A miracle I tell you, so amazing how fast the little one’s can heal! He still needs to learn how to suckle so he’ll have a feeding tube in his nose, but he’s HOME….oh how wonderful that is!! Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers!!!

So this morning I got to photograph my 2nd senior rep for 2009! It was lots of fun! She is a girl after my own heart and LOVES sports! We talked sports the whole time I think, haha! She is hoping to play basketball and/or soccer in college and I hope she does because it’s a blast and I know she’ll have a great time! We figured out the she was even coached by the same coach my daughter plays for now! So fun! Thanks “M”!!! More to come….

Got an email from my BIL updating Baby Graham! He is doing great! Thanks for all the prayers!
Just a quick update….and probably the last! Graham has been off the ventilator now for two days and doing very well. Kori got to hold him for the first time today and was very excited as you can imagine. He is tolerating tube feedings nicely and starts suckling school in a day or two. He will be transferred from the ICU to a different floor for more stable children tomorrow or Friday. The only worry in the future would be narrowing of the veins that were re-routed. This is somewhat of an uncommon complication so we are hopeful it won’t happen. All said, he is doing great. We are obviously very pleased.
