I have been so behind on my blog posts as you can see with the many updates today! You may have heard me talk about CrossFit UAC , if you haven’t you are missing out! I LOVE CrossFit. The environment is so friendly, everybody is so cool, they cheer you on, yet you compete at the same time. The workout’s are scaled to YOU. So while we all do the same WOD (workout of the day) I will have it scaled to me while the person next to me will have it scaled to them. Most WOD’s average around 20 minutes and that is the beauty of crossfit. Before I started I admit I was terrified but I got over it quickly. I couldn’t do a single pull up and now I do workouts that have 100 pull up’s in them. YEP, it’s the truth. So if you are ready to get your body ripped into shape I highly recommend you come check CrossFit UAC out. Tell them Jeremi sent you! I do have to give you a warning though. If you try CrossFit, prepare to become addicted!!! This is my new friend. She and her husband own CrossFit UAC, they are both very cool. As you can see she is in great shape from her efforts at CrossFit. I hope very soon to have their family pics up on the blog!

Some brave souls!

We are fully immersed in our winter weather here in Utah. It is cold cold cold. These three braved the weather with me for a few shots! I think they are such a gorgeous family. By the end of the shoot we were all chilled to the bone and numb but I still think we managed to get some good ones! Thanks for hanging out with me in the bitter cold you guys, I had FUN!! Mama to be!!

My baby started Kindergarten this year………isn’t it amazing how quickly time can pass? She has the sweetest and cutest teacher who just happens to be expecting her first baby any time now. I was lucky enough to get to photograph her perfect little belly. This girl is ALL belly, no fair I tell ya! Miss C thanks for having me over, you are beautiful and glowing and the 2 of you are such a gorgeous couple! I have no doubts that little baby boy will be one handsome little dude! College Grad

Trash the Dress!

So my beautiful cousin and also one of my beautiful clients went with me to “trash the dress” today. We didn’t really trash their dresses but they are gonna need a good cleaning. Thanks girls for indulging me, I had a lot of fun and I hope we get to do more stuff like this in the future! They got lots of cat calls and horns honking but I’m sure they get that alot anyway they are both so gorgeous! Here’s a sneak peek…….Grandma is sure gonna be mad I didn’t do her pics first…OOPS!
