Look at this sweet little Dude?!!! We had to reschedule a couple of times, I was so glad to finally meet him. Such a good little guy, happy the entire session. Gotta love that!

CrossFit UAC

So for the last few months I have been doing a workout program called CrossFit. It has changed my LIFE! And for the better! I won’t lie the workouts are tough, but that’s what I LOVE about it. On average the work of the day or WOD is 20 minutes. Some days it is less than that, some days a little bit more. I feel that I can endure anything for that amount of time. I’ve been amazed over and over again that I am accomplishing so much. My husband doesn’t mind my toned muscle either!!

Not so long ago I photographed this sweet little girl’s brother as a newborn. Mom was my daughters Kindergarten teacher and we just LOVED her. They are getting ready to leave Logan this month and we will be so sad to see them go. Best of luck you guys and thanks for the fun memories!

Kids Crossfit

Before I loved photography I loved playing sports and fitness in general. I actually got my degree in Exercise Science because at the time that *was* my life! 
I’ve started a new workout program for myself, it’s tough but it’s very addicting and after I finish a workout I just feel so good & amazed that I can still do some of the things we do. So first off if any adults would like to try crossfit out let me know and I’ll hook you up. Second off, I am lucky enough to work with the head crossfit trainer for KIDS CROSSFIT this summer. Crossfit UAC will be offering a summer conditioning/exercise camp for kids ages 8-18. If your kids play any kind of sports this will be especially good for their strength, agility, & conditioning. If they don’t then it will be a great excuse to get some exercise this summer. If you are interested please let me know. It’s gonna be GREAT!!!!

This high school senior is one cool cat (is that even cool to say anymore?) I know I’m dating myself here but hey what can I say? He belongs to a good friend of mine and ladies let me tell ya I think he is gonna be quite the catch! Thanks for hanging out with me you guys, it was a blast and I’m glad nobody reached out and grabbed you at that haunted house! (No Ghost Hunters tonight!)

Visiting Grandma & Grandpa

These cute kids are up from New Mexico visiting their grandparents. I grew up with their mom back in the day! :) It’s fun to see everyone’s families grow. It’s even crazier when I see their kids ALL GROWN UP! Wow! Thanks for hanging with me you guys!
